Digital Services

Sharmashilpa.com provides digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
  • Google Ads & PPC Management
  • Content Marketing
  • Branding Services
  • Website Design & Development
  • Website Maintenance
  • Digital Marketing Consultation

As these are customized digital services, they cannot be returned once work has started.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was made more than once for the same service.
  • Payment was successfully processed, but the project has not yet started.
  • A billing error occurred due to our mistake.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Work on the project has already started.
  • SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Content Marketing, or Website Design services have been delivered or partially completed.
  • Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information, approvals, or content.
  • Changes in business goals, marketing strategy, or personal preferences after project commencement.
  • Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations or factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm updates or third-party platform policies.

SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing results depend on multiple factors, including competition, website condition, search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and customer behavior. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales, and payments made for these services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Website Design & Development

Website design and development projects involve planning, design, development, revisions, and testing. Once the project has started or milestones have been completed, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

Google Ads & Paid Advertising

Advertising budgets paid directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or any third-party advertising platform are non-refundable. Management fees for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting are also non-refundable once the campaign has started.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before work begins. If approved, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges, taxes, or administrative costs.

Once project execution has started, cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
